Objectivity As Mentors, we assist clients to arrive at the correct business decisions. This requires an approach which is difficult to achieve for Accounting, Legal and other Professional Advisers due to their ongoing relationship with their clients and the commercial reality of business which many do not understand.

Independence The continuing welfare and harmony of present and future business owners is paramount. Our experienced and independent facilitators bring balance in resolving difficult business issues.

Knowledge We take great care to match backgrounds and skills of our  Advisors to the business and stakeholder relationships in each assignment.

Creativity Each business and business owner is unique. The manner in which decisions are handled can cause problems or even failure of the business in different generations. Our Advisors have the ability/ experience to address problems and challenges in a particular set of circumstances and recommend solutions for each situation.

Our Professional Fees

Because Family & Private Business Owners are concerned about Professional Fees we provide the following services AT NO COST to those who own mature, established businesses that would benefit from our services. This approach is in line with our Consulting Philosophy because we want to ensure Business Owners recognise the importance and need for Business Mentoring before they are asked to commit themselves for professional costs.

	First meeting with owners to listen and understand the facts as well as their concerns, wishes, hopes and aspirations for the future of their business. The meeting can include one or more generations (including spouses), their Professional Advisers and other stakeholders - at no cost.
	Prepare a Proposal setting out the facts (to ensure that we understand them) the Way Forward and Solutions from our experience to achieve the outcome Business Owners are looking for. Included in the Proposal is an estimate of Professional Fees based on the time we estimate would be involved - at no cost.
	A further meeting, if required, to discuss the Proposal, clarify any points and obtain further information if required - at no cost.

Note: Out of pocket expenses and  a nominal contribution for travel and time will be pre-agreed for assignments outside the Sydney and Melbourne Metropolitan Areas.
